My name is Kateryna Bannikova i'm a professor of management practice at Kharkiv University of Humanities «People’s Ukrainian Academy», talent management expert, author, and professor based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. Best known for research on organisational culture, talent management, and forced migration, also known for my contributions to the field of modern art. I published several influential articles and is currently working on a book exploring the impact of global mobility on organisational behaviour.
